Having Optimum Care Plus provider is amazing, their services are outstanding, from staffing to supporting my son's needs. They are really good, they bought in so many ideas to manage my son's condition. I will recommend them for anyone in need of care.

My experience with Optimum Care Plus has been very positive. I will even go as far as saying they are the best provider of Disabled Child Care  support in South London. Optimum Care Plus has been supporting my child for over 2 years and the Registered Manager really goes above to match the right carer for my son who has complex needs.

The staff from Optimum Care Plus who works with my son is very supportive and takes great initiative to engage with him. The team is also very attentive to his needs throughout the time they are there. The Optimum Care Plus team is motivated to take him out and has also helped advance his toileting skills. Within a few hours, they had him sitting on the toilet, which is something he'd never done before! Overall, they are a really calm and supportive presence.
