Vivian has more than 25 years of experience in child healthcare and adult care, and has a Degree in Business and Accounting along with a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care. She has worked as a Registered Manager and Director of childcare for 11 years. Her passion to support vulnerable people comes from her personal experience of having a disabled son, which drives her to provide the highest standards of care with her team. Vivian is the backbone of Optimum Care Plus, and handles all recruitment personally. She believes that hiring members with the right temperament can ensure that the right outcomes for each customer.

Dr Christina Edozie is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner- Board Certified by the State of Florida. Her Nursing Background is extensive, and includes palliative care, critical care and emergency room care psychiatry. Along with leading education programs for nurses, she also has a diverse experience of working with all age groups in the healthcare sector. Her passion in care is to ensure all people who use the service receive excellent individualised support that can help them live a comfortable life.
